Donations & Sponsorships

Lindt & Sprüngli Australia PTY LTD supports our chosen Charity partners each year and we are also proud to support charities close to the hearts of our employees and local public non-profit organisations through donations of Lindt products.

Qualification Guidelines:

To ensure we manage our charitable contributions in an equitable way, all requests must be submitted in writing according to the following guidelines:

  • Your letter must be on official letterhead from your organisation
  • It must contain contact information, event date, approximate number of attendees/participants, and an explanation of the use/purpose for the donation

Donation requests will be considered only if your organisation is a Registered Charity, and there is a one donation per year limit. All requests are reviewed and may be subject to a verification check.

Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, during the warmer months Lindt & Sprungli are unable to support interstate Charities due to logistical difficulties in sending raffle items, etc. to interstate locations while maintaining the freshness of our delicate Chocolates.

As our donation chocolate is located at our Head Office in Marsden Park, NSW, it is not possible to source from our stores and cafes.

Please note, there is a 3-week lead time in receiving the request to collecting the donation.

Due to increased requests for in-kind donations, Lindt & Sprüngli Australia is unable to support the following:

  • Political, religious or ethnic groups and programs
  • Lobbying or advocacy groups
  • Schools, public or private
  • P & C Associations
  • Day care/child-minding centres
  • Foundations or clubs
  • Labour organizations
  • Third-party fundraising organisations
  • Individuals or for-profit businesses
  • Sporting clubs or events
  • Solicitations to advertise
