We charge a flat rate of $15 for each delivery purchased via our online shop. All orders over $100 will be entitled to free delivery.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia and do not deliver to Australia Post parcel lockers, PO Box, AFPO, PMB or Locked Bags due to the increased likelihood of exposure to higher temperatures.
Orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Mondays to Fridays only, excluding public holidays) of receipt of order. Orders will then be delivered within 2 working days from dispatch. Deliveries to regional addresses may take a little longer. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 8.00am and 5.00pm AEST, we are unable to deliver at a specific time during the day.
Since we dispatch goods through Australia Post, delays may occur depending on processing times. While we will do what we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Lindt Australia cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
