Our sustainability program, the Lindt & Sprüngli Farming Program enables us to trace our cocoa beans right back to the farmers. This allows us to support farmers, their families and communities on the ground according to their specific local needs. 100% of our cocoa beans are traceable back to their origin and externally verified.
Nutrition information
- We charge a flat rate of $15 for each delivery purchased via our online shop. All orders over $100 will be entitled to free delivery.
- We use Australia Post for all deliveries. We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia. To avoid potential exposure to higher temperatures, we may not be able to deliver to Australia Post parcel lockers, PO Box, AFPO, PMB or Locked Bags.
- Orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Mondays to Thursdays only, excluding public holidays) of receipt of order. Orders will then be delivered within 2 working days from dispatch. Deliveries to some metro and regional addresses may take a little longer. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 8.00am and 5.00pm AEST, we are unable to deliver at a specific time during the day.
- Since we dispatch goods through Australia Post, delays may occur depending on processing times. While we will do what we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Lindt Australia cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
- Goods are delivered as illustrated at Lindt's online store subject to minor alterations to packaging.
