Chocolate Tiramisu with LINDOR

This showstopping, no-bake dessert is sure to impress .

'Pick me Up ' - which is what Tiramisu translates to is certainly not overstating as this is a truly stunning dessert that is very much on trend this season.

Chocolatier Tip: For the ultimate extra-indulgent tiramisu, drizzle just melted Lindt EXCELLENCE onto the mascarpone moiusse layer for some strands of deliciosu chocolate chips. It’s an easy trick and very delicious!

  • 1 cup (250 mL) Strong coffee
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Orange-flavoured liqueur (such as Grand Marnier)
  • 1 tub (475 g) Mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup (125 mL) 35% whipping cream
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) Caster sugar
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) Vanilla paste
  • 16 ladyfinger or Savoirardi biscuits(approximately)
  • LINDOR to top the dish (can also be halved)
  • Lindt Flakes or cocoa powder to sprinkle

Lindt Chocolate In This Recipe


Step 1.

In large shallow bowl, combine coffee and liqueur; set aside.

Step 2.

In large bowl, beat cream until firm peaks form; transfer to small separate bowl. Add mascarpone cheese and sugar to large bowl; beat until smooth, 2  minutes. Beat in vanilla. Fold in reserved whipped cream; set aside.

Step 3.

Dip half of the biscuits, 1 at a time, into coffee mixture, making sure both sides are soaked but biscuits stay intact and don’t become soggy. Layer in bottom of 5-cup (1.25-L) oval dish, breaking a couple of the biscuits, if needed, so they fit snuggly into the dish.

Step 4.

Drizzle with half of the melted EXCELLENCE if using.

Step 5.

Repeat soaking process with remaining biscuits; layer on top of mascarpone layer. Drizzle with remaining chocolate and top with remaining mascarpone mixture, smoothen the top. Top with LINDOR Milk Chocolate Truffles.

Step 6.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with Lindt Flakes or dust with cocoa to serve.
