Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut Mug Brownie
Lindt EXCELLENCE Extra Creamy Milk 100g
- 40 g self-raising flour
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 25 g soft brown sugar
- 4 to 5 tbsp full-fat milk
- 30 g butter, melted
- 35 g Lindt EXCELLENCE Roasted Hazelnut Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
Lindt Chocolate In This Recipe
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder and sugar.
Whisk in the milk, followed by the melted butter until you have a smooth batter.
Spoon half into a large microwave-safe mug, sprinkle in ⅔ of the finely chopped Lindt EXCELLENCE Roasted Hazelnut Dark Chocolate, before topping with the remaining batter. Nestle in the remaining finely chopped chocolate.
Set onto a microwave-safe plate and microwave for about 70 seconds - it may take a little longer (up to 90 seconds) the exact time will vary depending on your microwave and the dimensions of your mug.
Carefully remove from the microwave (it will be hot!) and leave to stand for 10 seconds.
