Christmas LINDOR Cake Pops

This is a fun, no bake recipe that you can use for any season. Hide your favourite LINDOR inside and decorate with anything the heart desires.
Christmas Sprinkles, Edible Gold Dust or Lindt Flakes- all make for a truly special finish.



Step 1.

In a bowl, crumble the chocolate until fine. Add the Biscoff biscuits. (Best crush them in the packet. You would like them to be fine but also have a few chunks for texture) Add the spread and mix until combined. This mixture should come together into a moist dough like texture. All a little more spread if it is a little crumbly.

Step 2.

Take a small amount of the pop mixture and encase the LINDOR on the pop stick. Shape into a ball. While the mixture is a little sticky, roll in the Flakes or Sprinkles.

Step 3.

For a more luxurious finish, you can also brush the outside with some spread to create a decadent glossy finish and a great base to attach the decorations to.
