Our Marketing Team innovate with new product ideas; the Sales Team grow distribution channels; HR attract and develop the best people; Finance make smart commercial decisions to ensure our stability and success; IT manage and protect our data and systems; Operations and Production Teams plan and control reliable product supply; and our Retail Team who delight our customers from the moment they walk in the store. All working seamlessly together to deliver quality chocolate to our consumers.

Our Lindt Shops serve the finest chocolate in the world, but at the heart of our Shops are our passionate staff. They create a truly unique experience for every customer that enters our doors. With their extensive product knowledge and team spirit, they ensure that customers leave our Shops with an unforgettable chocolate experience.

Everyday is exciting for our Field Operations Team, whether it be setting up each season in stores or launching new products they are always on the go.

Collaboration plays a major role in everything we do, Head Office staff are always there to lend a hand throughout the year, especially at Easter and Christmas. Our CEO Michael Schai, can often be found in the field lending a hand.

Lindt Operations is a diverse team, who continually strive for operational excellence. They understand the important role they play in delivering the finest chocolate in the world to our consumers. They don’t take this responsibility lightly, with the goal to achieve best practice in all areas of operations to deliver the highest quality products in a safe working environment.

"With my Swiss background, chocolate and a Swiss chocolate brand such as Lindt is truly special and chocolate has been a passion and career of mine for close to three decades, two decades of which with Lindt.

As one of only a small select group of Lindt Master Chocolatiers globally, there have been many highlights during my career at Lindt such as the opening of the world’s first Lindt Café in Sydney,  filming a TV advert with Roger Federer, seeing a product that started in my test kitchen come to life and appear on shelves all around the country.. "I’ve been working for Lindt since 2017 and during that time, I’ve been lucky enough to be able to work across 3 different departments.

I spent my first 12 months as Business Process Assistant in the Retail team. I was then given an opportunity to work in the newly created role as Integrated Supply Planner, working in the Sales Team on the Woolworths account. My first two roles really gave me the experience and knowledge to succeed in my current role, as Demand Planner in our Operations team.
