How to Apply
So, you want to join Lindt & Sprüngli?
This is what you can expect from the application process:
First choose the program that is right for you. You can only apply for one program at a time, so make sure it is the right one. Where you go after successfully completing the program is more flexible but for now, pick what interests you the most.
Now that you have chosen which program to apply for, it is time to fill out the online form which includes your CV and a cover letter - just click the ‘Apply now’ button at the bottom of the page. We read every cover letter, so make sure it is a concise and accurate reflection of yourself - and free from typos.
We screen applications on a rolling basis - so the earlier you apply, the better. If we find the right candidates, we close the application portal. The selection criteria varies from program to program, so make sure you have read the requirements specific to your chosen program.
If You Are Selected...
If we like your profile, you will be invited to participate in a video interview with a recruiter and potential mentor. Our advice: we want to get to know you, so just be you. This is also a chance for you to get to know us and understand the program better. We are always happy to answer all your questions.
Once you pass this round, you will be asked for an in-person interview and assessment at our headquarters. Here, you will have the chance to meet the senior leader of the program. Depending on your program, the agenda will include a form of practical test, such as a case study, presentation or group exercise.
We might set up further video interviews with leaders based in different foreign subsidiaries so you can get a feel for the different cultures at the subsidiaries we might send you to.
If you successfully pass these rounds, you will receive an offer to join our program.
Ready? We look forward to hearing from you.
