Chocolate Budino with Mango Coulis

Rich chocolate pudding finished with some mango coulis and just a hint of thyme. A true chocolate delight.

Lindt DESSERT 70% Cocoa



  • 275g Milk
  • 50g Lindt Dessert 70% Cocoa 
  • 15g Cornflour
  • 40g Light brown sugar
  • Pinch Sea salt
  • 20g Butter, unsalted

Mango with a touch of thyme makes a delectable pairing with the chocolate.

    • A little milk with the cornflour to create a slurry. This will prevent lumps in your pudding.

    Bring the milk

    • Salt and sugar to the boil. Add the chocolate and cornflour mixture.

    • On medium heat for about 2 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken.

      Take off the heat and mix in the butter.

    • Pudding into serving dishes or greased moulds.

    • In the fridge to set for 4 hours.

    To serve

    • Top with some mango puree blended with a touch of lemon thyme.
