Double Chocolate Cake

Lindt DESSERT Premium Dark



  • 180g Lindt DESSERT Premium Dark 
  • 100g Butter
  • 100g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs, separated
  • 100g Almond meal
  • 25g Plain flour
  • Pinch of salt

This Cake is incredibly versatile and the perfect base for any celebration cake.

    • Oven to 175°C.

      Grease cake tin.

    In an electric mixer

    • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add one egg yolk at a time, beating well after each addition.

    • The chocolate and mix into the butter mixture.

    • The almond meal and flour, fold into the chocolate mixture.

    Whisk egg whites

    • And salt to soft peaks and fold into cake mixture.

    Pour batter

    • Into cake tin and bake for 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

    Once cooled
