One Cake-Two Crowd Pleasers

A great way of turning a delicious chocolate cake into two delightful seasonal desserts, perfect for entertaining.

All berries in a bowl and marinate with some ginger ale or Gin and a touch of lemon zest

A thin layer of the cake and cut 5cm discs. You will need 2 cake discs per glass.

Place some berries in the bottom of each small glass.

With a disc of chocolate cake. Drizzle a little marinade onto the cake.

Some chocolate ganache onto the cake.

With the next layer.

With some berries and chocolate decorations.

Some Crème Fraîche

Dice the cheeks of the mangoes.

The rest of the mangos around the stone and puree that to create a sauce.

Mango pieces with the puree and place in the bottom of some serving spoons.

With a piece of chocolate cake, a little ganache, decorations and coconut chips.

With a little chilli flakes for a exotic and exciting pairing.
